Bradentown, FL - $20 1902 Plain Back Fr. 654 The First NB Ch. # 10245While small notes from this community are occasionally available to collectors, large notes from here (all of which bear the "Bradentown" spelling rather than the "Bradenton" used on Series 1929 examples) are just plain rare, with the census listing just five such notes, including this specimen. Track & Price indicates no offerings of any large note from here for sixteen years, with the last appearance at public sale coming in our 1992 FUN sale. Expect this to be a most sought after lot, especially in view of the PMG assigned grade of Very Fine 25, making this likely the second finest large note known from here.
