Fort Smith, AR - $10 1902 Date Back Fr. 618 The American NB Ch. # (S)3634It is recorded that the American went into receivership on April 1, 1916, but this $10 was not recorded by the hobby at large until 2010. This piece is also at least as nice as any note known on this charter number. This is also a wise example to cover this bank with, as the usual auction appearances by this charter number are types that frequently bring mid-four figures and beyond. Very Fine with purple rubber stamp signatures.
