Fort Smith, AR - $10 1902 Plain Back Fr. 628 The First NB Ch. # (S)1950A new entrant for the census and it is also one of the nicer large notes known on charter number 1950. On January 31, 2010, the First NB celebrated the 100th anniversary of its landmark eight story white building. Very Fine with a rubber stamped signature of the president.
