Warren, OH - $1 Original Fr. 380 The First NB Ch. # 74A scarce low charter bank which issued First Charters and Brown Backs only before closing forever in 1902. Offerings during the past four decades have been sparse to say the least, according to Track & Price, with one coming in Lester Merkin's 1973 sale of M.O. Warns' first 100 charter collection, another in our 1998 CAA Rosemont sale, and a third in the Memphis 2001 auction. PCGS Fine 12.
