Description
Obstructed Printing Error/Insufficient Inking of Overprint Fr. 1614 $1 1935E Silver Certificate. PMG Choice Uncirculated 64 EPQ.A very interesting multiple error note where PMG has listed "obstructed printing error" on the front label and "insufficient inking of overprint" on the back label. An obstruction on the right side of this note prevented the printing of the Treasury Seal, while at the same time the eight inkwells for the digits of the right serial number were dry. However, the inkwells for the P prefix and H suffix still held ink.
