Princeton, MS- Lake Washington & Deer Creek Rail Road & Banking Company $20 18__ as G8 Kraus 10492p as Leggett 10 Proof PMG Choice About Unc 58.The $20 design features a larger vignette of a hunter carrying a rifle in the woods at upper left and a cherub resting under a sapling at upper right. A small running deer vignette is at bottom center. The left end panel has an oval cameo-like helmeted medallion figure, while the right end panel has a TWENTY across the end. This example is printed on India paper mounted on cardstock with rectangles cut out of the signature spaces. It was likely one of two examples on the same sheet as the previous $10 that was in Lot 823 of the 1990 ABNCo Archives sale. Like the $10, it may be one of only two examples of this design surviving in Proof form.
