Continental Currency February 17, 1776 $1 PCGS Banknote Choice Unc 64.The emblem on this Uncirculated $1 note is a weighted bowl on an acanthus plant with motto DEPRESSA RESURGIT (though crushed it recovers). The nature print on the back is ragweed and two willows. Exceptional printing is accompanied by boldly accomplished signatures of Coats and Williams. This example is near the serial number of other high-grade pieces we have recently sold. Missing corner tip.
