AW4 Medlar 46 PCGS Banknote Choice VF 35.Naval Appropriation Warrants were utilized by Commodore Edwin Moore to pay the men serving in his Texian Navy, due to his and Sam Houston's differing perspectives on how the navy should be overseen. This piece was payable to Seaman Peter Rasmussan, whose signature appears on the back.
