Texana, TX- Jackson County $3 Dec. 1, 1862 Medlar 5 PMG Choice Fine 15.The $3 follows the same layout and color scheme as other notes in this emission. At some point an ill-advised annotation from a collector or researcher was added that fills up half of the back. In spite of this graffiti, the note still faces up well and is quite rare, with this the only example we have handled.
