Postally Cancelled First Day of Issue, July 4, 1976, and December 25, 1976 Fr. 1935-A*; C*, D*; F*; G*; H*; K* $2 1976 Federal Reserve Star Notes. PCGS Graded.Each star note in this lot has three postal cancellations for each of the above 1976 dates at Yonkers, New York except for the H* and it has the postal cancellation dates in 1976 for July 4, November 25, and December 25. State flag and thematic stamps were mostly used for the cancellations. A listing of post offices across the nation that were open for currency cancellation on July 4, 1976 are listed in "Those Incredible B$2FDC B$2J4Cs!" by Andrew J. Vero. Yonkers is not listed, however, this listing is known to be incomplete. All grades are in the New 62 to Very Choice New 64 range. (Total: 7 notes)
