Description
Delaware June 1, 1759 10s Very Good.Only 6,000 notes of this denomination were printed in this issue. The Track & Price census is aware of only 54 surviving examples, most of which have required repairs in some form or another. This piece has been repaired with contemporary materials. Though the signatures have faded, the elephant and heron vignettes on the back are still visible. The less clear image on the left depicts a squirrel.
