Fr. 1235 5¢ Second Issue PMG About Uncirculated 53.This scarcer Friedberg number was printed on fiber paper with additional "18-63" and "R-1" surcharges appearing in the back corners. The bronze "1" surcharge is missing, but the note remains identifiable due to the "R" surcharge. PMG mentions that the note has been previously mounted.
