Mechanicsburg, PA - $20 1882 Brown Back Fr. 493 The First National Bank Ch. # 380 PMG Very Fine 30.A bright and attractive $20 Brown Back from this scarce large only Cumberland County bank that liquidated in 1924. It is one of just two such pieces in the census and is crossing the auction block for the first time. Featuring nice color and bold pen signatures, this appealing note also represents the earlier variety of $20 Brown Backs with a vertical charter number. PMG mentions pinholes.
