Terra Alta, WV- $10 1902 Date Back Fr. 616 The First NB Ch. # (S)6999A bank which is a perfect example of an institution which is exceedingly common in small size but extremely rare in large. The Kelly census records three large specimens from here, with two of that number having been part of the encyclopedic collection of Jim Thompson. This piece is the third reported, and offers a real opportunity which might not come again in quite some time. Nice Very Fine.
