Walt Disney War Bond Certificates Schwan 363ax Two Examples.The certificates are adorned with colorful images of many of the popular Disney characters. How many can you name? These were acquired in recognition of War Bond and later bond purchases during and after the Second World War. These are of the Government Printng Office variety. A must for collecting these and similar items is the recently published World War II United States Savings Bonds and Stamps by Fred Schwan, Larry Smulczenski, James Downey, and Mark "Sparky" Watson. The Schwan number comes from this book. This lot consists of two remainders. Uncirculated, toned. (Total: 2 items)
