Venezuela Banco Comercial de Maracaibo 10 Bolivares 1929 Pick S176s Specimen PMG Choice About Unc 58 EPQ.Similar in design to the 1921 issue with the exception of the capitalization rate, which changed from 400,000 to 2,000,00 for this 1929 issue. Vibrant colors, bright paper, and excellent centering are seen on this highly desirable Specimen. Two POCs are present.
