Venezuela Banco Comercial de Maracaibo 10 Bolivares ND (1921-22) Pick S173s Specimen PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ.A gorgeous high grade Specimen from the 1921 issue which was capitalized at 400,000. This American Banknote Company printed note features the portrait of General R. Urdaneta on the face and the vignette of Vaquero roping cattle on the back. Two POCs are present above the signature title blocks.
