Belgium Banque Nationale de Belgique 10,000 Francs ND (1997) Pick 152 PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ.A colorful high denomination depicting King Albert II and Queen Paola. The National Bank of Belgium started issuing this denomination in 1997, and was withdrawn in 2002 to make way for the Euro. This type is underrated, and has become increasingly harder to find in better grade.
