Description

Germany Federal Republic Deutsche Bundesbank 200 Deutsche Mark 1.2.1996 Pick 47s Specimen PMG Choice Uncirculated 64.
This design is the largest denomination of the last issue prior to Germany's conversion to the Euro and features a portrait of Paul Ehrlich, famous physician and scientist (1854-1915). In keeping with the theme, a microscope is shown on the back. PMG notes that this example has been previously mounted, although the evidence is very difficult to detect through the holder.
