Canada Toronto, ON- Canadian Bank of Commerce $5 10.8.1934 (2.1.1935) Pick S970p Ch.# 75-18-02P Front and Back Proof About Uncirculated (2).Two uniface "tinted" Proofs are offered in this lot, each of which is matted to a larger sheet for practical purposes. The printer notations at right suggest that these prototypes pre-date the actual issued note, which was released in 1935 or soon thereafter. The notes themselves are inked in olive and black hues atop white paper. Scarce in this form, and desirable, as these Proofs were part of the process of issuing the actual banknote. (Total: 2 notes)
