Philippines Japanese Government 500 Pesos ND (1944) Specimen PMG Choice Uncirculated 64 EPQ.
An amazingly rare Specimen that is seldom, if ever encountered. In fact, this is only the second example we have offered. Bold, red "Mi-hon" overprint is clearly visible on the front. Totally original paper is also seen. A handsome example and surprisingly scarce.
