Korea Bank of Korea 5 Yen 1911 Pick 14s K&C50.2 / DK29-2 Specimen PMG About Uncirculated 55.
A handsome and very rare Specimen, which is currently tied atop the PMG Population Report as the finest graded example. Interestingly constructed, as this Specimen has a serial number, along with nine hole punched cancellations. There is also a perforated notation that is more clearly visible when viewing from the back. Part of the first series of notes issued by the Bank of Korea, these notes were very quickly replaced by issues from the Bank of Chosen in 1915. An important opportunity to acquire a very scarce Specimen.
