Japan Bank of Japan 5 Yen 1899-1910 Pick 31s JNDA 11-32 Specimen PMG Very Fine 30 Net.
A rare and seldom seen Specimen, of which this is the lone example in the PMG Population Report at the time of cataloging. Despite some spotting and foreign substance mentioned on the back of the third party holder, the overall impression left by this Specimen is still quite good. Red "Mi-hon" overprints are still bright. A handsome example, and very rare.
