Tunisia Banque de l'Algerie 500 Francs 25.1.1952 Pick 28 PMG Choice About Unc 58.An elite and rare type note in high grade. At the time of cataloging, just one example grades higher in the PMG Population Report across all dates from 1950 to 1954. Scenes of antiquity are seen on both sides of this denomination. At front is a depiction of winged Victory. On the back, the vignette reproduces a Dougga mosiac with three cyclops, Brontes, Steropes, and Pyracmon, working in the forges of Jupiter. Rare in any good collector grade.
