Rare 50 Dollars in Issued Form

Hong Kong Chartered Bank of India, Australia & China 50 Dollars 1.11.1934 Pick 56 KNB36 PMG Very Fine 25 Net.
A surviving high denomination from this Hong Kong bank that is very rare in any grade. Printed by Waterlow & Sons, this issue displays an image of a helmeted warrior on the front, while a scenery of a wheat harvest graces the back. The four seals on the back represent Britain, India, Australia and China, hence recalling the full name of the bank. Third party grading company mentions a minor restoration, but that does not negate the scarcity of this example.

1934年印度新金山中國渣打銀行伍拾員。PMG Very Fine 25 Net。
這張高面額鈔票的任何存世例子，不論評分皆是難得一遇的珍寶。由華德路公司印製，此鈔於正面印有頭戴戰盔的武士，背面則印有田園牧歌的收割場景。背面四處小圓徽分別代表英國、印度、澳大利亞及中國，以呼應銀行的全稱。第三方評分公司提到鈔票帶有小量修補痕跡，但並未削弱其難以企及的珍罕程度。
