Netherlands State Note 10 Gulden 15.1.1900 Pick 3A PL30a AV24A.1 PMG About Uncirculated 55 EPQ.
An exceptional note from the final year of the 19th-century. This example is tied for the finest grade in the PMG Population Report at the time of cataloging, which includes all notes graded with dates between 1898 and 1914. Interestingly, the other "top pop" note is also offered in this auction and bears a 1903 date. Completely original paper and colors are easily seen through the third party holder. Signatures are of Moens and Pierson. A high grade rarity that is virtually unseen at this state of preservation.
