Rare Convertible Treasury Note Dated 1891

Netherlands State Note 10 Gulden 1.12.1891 Pick 1 PL27.g1 AV23.7 PMG Very Fine 25 Net.
An exciting and very rare emission, generally unseen in the marketplace today. Signature of Pierson is at left. Second to the final date of this design, which was issued over a 15 year span. Circulation is seen with original paper and some splits and age related rust. Of good presentation and very rare. At the time of cataloging, only one note grades higher in the PMG Population Report of a mere 15 notes present in the census.
