Uncirculated 65 EPQ.Another impressive high denomination example from this wonderful collection that we are pleased to offer this evening, this one is a lovely Kansas City $1,000 Mule FRN that is tied for the finest graded by either of the major services for this series and district. This pretty note, which has received the dual compliments "Exceptional Paper Quality, Great Embossing" from PMG, last crossed the public auction block in our 2008 FUN auction. As attractive today as when we first laid eyes upon it eighteen years ago, it is certainly at least the equal of an identically graded example that we auctioned for $15,600 in our 2024 Central States auction.
