Straits Settlements Government of the Straits Settlements 1 Dollar 1.9.1906 Pick 1a KNB1-2 PMG Choice Extremely Fine 45.
Desirable and rare first date of issue for this denomination. White colored paper was used for this earliest variety and the note bears the first prefix of A/1. Rare in any grade but especially scarce in Choice Extremely Fine condition. The stalking tiger design on the back presents much nicer than is typically seen for Straits Settlements notes of this era. A high grade rarity.
