Fr. 1104 $100 1914 Federal Reserve Note PMG Superb Gem Unc 67
EPQ.The incredibly high grade piece in this lot is one of just five examples certified by PMG for this Friedberg number, with none graded higher, according to the PMG Population Report. This Atlanta $100 displays bold serial number and Treasury Seal embossing, nearly perfect face to back registration, natural paper wave, and ideal color. While Track & Price does record a handful of high grade examples of this Friedberg number, they do not appear often at auction. We have not offered a representative at this grade level since January 2025, when a PCGS Banknote Superb Gem Unc 67 PPQ certified example realized $9,600. Expect strong competition tonight for this virtually flawless piece.
