Four.This is the first cut sheet of four Chicago district Federal Reserve Bank Notes $5 notes that we have ever the opportunity to offer in any Heritage auction. Fortunately for collectors, it is a knockout of a cut sheet, with the first three notes screamingly original well centered Gems and the fourth, the bottom note on the sheet, just missing the full Gem grade because of a slightly smaller bottom margin. These beautiful notes have remained together because of the prescience of the the individual who assembled the Coral Gables Collection, who realized many years ago that cut sheets represented a great store of value for the future.
