Low Serial Number H67A Fr. 37 $1 1917 Legal Tender PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ.Bold embossing, dark inks, and bright paper are highlights of this lovely, well centered ace that is further blessed with low serial number H67A. This serial number has all the traits of being printed by one of the BEP's paging machines as serial numbers 1-1000 were printed in this fashion during this time period.
