Fr. 1309 25¢ Fifth Issue PCGS Superb Gem New 67PPQ.PCGS has graded nearly 600 of these with this and a handful of others at the 67 level and not a single piece higher. Bear in mind that the number graded, particularly for inexpensive notes, generally includes almost all high grade specimens, as no rational person submits a 1309 for grading that does not have a chance at a Gem grade. What that means is that the nearly 600 have almost all been very high grade, making the less than a dozen 67s even more significant.
