Fr. 765 $2 1918 Federal Reserve Bank Note PCGS Banknote Choice Unc 63 PPQ.The note appears to be a perfect Gem in every respect save for the top face margin which holds the grade to 63. The PPQ was clearly earned as the paper originality is easily seen.
