Fr. 242 $2 1886 Silver Certificate PMG Choice Uncirculated 64.A very eye appealing Hancock, it has bright paper and colors, and a wonderfully ornate back. While this near-Gem example does not have an EPQ designation, it did receive the accolade "Great Embossing" from PMG.
