Fr. 281 $5 1899 Silver Certificate PCGS Banknote About Unc 53.A $5 Silver with white paper and natural paper ripple. We also see embossing of the following design features, the right serial number, the Treasury Seal, and the large "V." This pretty Chief note was last on the market in a 2012 auction where it was housed in an "old" PCGS About New 53 holder.
