Fr. 1921-D $1 1995 Federal Reserve Note. PMG Gem Uncirculated 66.A very dramatic third printing shift to the left that puts the right serial number and the Treasury Seal into the portrait, while the Cleveland district seal and left serial are located on the left adjacent note. A major cutting error rounds out the description for this highly unusual misalignment error.
