Winchester, VA - $10 1902 Plain Back Fr. 625 The Shenandoah Valley National Bank Ch. # (S)1635 PCGS Banknote Choice Unc 63 PPQ.A lovely example from this Frederick County bank, this is one of only two large notes from this charter that has received a CU grade from one of the major services. This pretty $10 exhibits a vibrant blue overprint and solid embossing.
