Delmont, PA - $10 1929 Ty. 1 The Peoples National Bank Ch. # 9996 PMG Very Fine 30.From a prohibitively rare Westmoreland County bank, this offering is the finest of just four small size reported (along with a mere two large). Featuring bright paper and even wear, this $10 is also the only 1929 Series note from this charter to have been publicly offered since 1998. There is a small and quite unimportant penciled annotation on the back left margin.
