PMG Choice Fine 15.A very rare early note from this long-lived El Paso bank, this is one of only four First Charters, all 1875 $5s, reported from here, two of which are institutional collections. This pleasing, moderately circulated example, which traces its provenance to the sale of The J.L. Irish Collection in 1997, is solid for the grade with pleasing color and clear pen signatures.
