Choice Uncirculated 63 EPQ.Easily the finest note reported from this scarce 14000 Charter Number bank is this lovely example. Far superior in grade to the PMG Very Fine 30 $5 that we sold two years ago for $2,220, this $20 features bold ink colors and solid embossing. With better centering, it would have been a candidate for a Gem grade. This is a note that is sure to be of great interest to the collectors of 14000 charters and the new generation of Virginia enthusiasts.
