Newburgh, NY - $5 1902 Red Seal Fr. 587 The National Bank of Newburgh Ch. # (E)468 PMG Very Fine 30.Not a scarce Orange County bank, but this offering is just the third Red Seal to be reported from this early chartering institution. Acquired by our consignor in a private transaction about ten years ago, it is a moderately circulated $5 with a bold red overprint and dark printed signatures. The only flaw PMG could find on this attractive note was some insignificant rust specks.
