1683 PMG Fine 12.This note possesses the very rarest of Treasury signature combinations, that of Noah L. Jeffries and Francis E. Spinner. Only a handful of Jeffries-Spinner notes are known from all banks combined, with this example the only First Charter Ace reported from the bank. It is rather circulated, but it remains solid for the grade with pleasing color and bold pen signatures.
