Osnabrock, ND - $10 1902 Plain Back Fr. 624 The First National Bank Ch. # (W)7234 PMG About Uncirculated 50.This very nice note from the only bank in this small Cavalier County community to issue is one of the finest of the ten large size reported from here. It is a pen-signed beauty with wonderful color and little evidence of circulation. It should do considerably better than the $10 Plain Back, in a PMG Fine 15 holder, that we auctioned last year for $1,560.
