Portland, ME - $10 1875 Fr. 416 The Cumberland National Bank Ch. # 1511 PMG Very Fine 30.Large notes only were issued from this scarcer Portland bank which exited the banking scene in 1912. This attractive example is the only 1875 $10 in the census. It is a bright, well margined piece, with an appealing wide swath of blue end paper. A few minor rust specks on the back have been noted by PMG which truly affect nothing.
