South Norwalk, CT - $10 1875 Fr. 416 The First National Bank Ch. # 502 PMG About Uncirculated 53.A quite lovely 1875 $10, this piece is new to the census for this scarce Fairfield County bank that closed its doors in 1901. It joins just eleven other notes reported and it becomes the finest of that small group. This well margined piece, which just has a center fold and corner handling, displays loads of eye appeal with vibrant ink colors, bright paper, and dark pen signatures.
