Barre, MA - $10 1882 Brown Back Fr. 479 The First National Bank Ch. # 2685 PMG Very Fine 20.This offering hails from a very rare Worcester County bank that issued Second and Third Charter notes only before liquidating in 1912. It is one of just six pieces reported from this bank with only two of that number having been publicly offered in the past 20 years. The only $10 Brown Back in the census, this is a pleasing mid-grade example with attractive color and bold pen signatures.
