Honolulu, HI - $50 1929 Ty. 2 Bishop National Bank of Hawaii at Honolulu Ch. # 5550 PMG Very Fine 20.An extremely scarce type and denomination from this otherwise easily found Territorial bank, this piece is sure to be of interest to many National collectors. Fewer than a dozen Type 2 fifties are reported in all grades combined, with offerings few and far between. On this moderately circulated $50, PMG has mentioned an erasure (which we see) and trimming (which eludes us).
