A very tough to acquire note, this piece represents a popular Arizona bank that issued large size only between 1903 and its liquidation in 1924 while operating in rural Gila County. This moderately circulated $10 is one of only a dozen pieces reported in this denomination and only 17 reported for the charter overall, with the remainder being $20 Plain Backs. This offering exhibits solid paper and good color along with dark stamped signatures.
