Second Liberty Loan 4% Gold Bond $50 September 24, 1917 PMG
About Uncirculated 53 EPQ.The short term 4% Gold Bonds from the Second Liberty Loan are exceptionally rare. To date, we have only offered two, one with its full coupons and one sans coupons. Issued in limited numbers, these bonds stand out for their reduced physical size and inclusion of only four coupons, covering a two-year term before conversion into standard long-term bonds. All denominations are exceedingly scarce, with fewer than five examples known.
